Encana To EPA: Stop taking Comments On Draft Study [AUDIO]

A 41-year-old Wyoming man is in critical condition in a South Dakota hospital after being shot by officers following a vehicle chase in the Rapid City area. Encana wants the Environmental Protection Agency to stop taking public comments on a draft report that theorized a link between hydraulic fracturing and groundwater pollution in the Pavillion, Wyoming area.
