3 Desperados on Laramie County’s Most Wanted List Captured
Three desperados on Laramie County's most wanted list have been captured.
According to arrest records, 38-year-old Frank Roberts IV was taken into custody on Saturday, Sept. 30, and 25-year-old Deanna Kethcam and 46-year-old Michael Grubbs Jr. were taken into custody on Monday, Oct. 2.
Roberts, who was being sought on a District Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of burglary, was picked up at Cheyenne Storage at 616 Crook Ave. after a police officer patrolling in the area spotted him.
The officer knew from previous experience that Roberts was suspected of living in a particular storage unit and that he had a felony warrant.
Deputy Wright was branded for catching Ketcham, who had a District Court warrant for probation violation on original charges of felony property destruction and possession.
Wright says he received credible information that Ketcham was located at 611 Crook Ave. behind the shop in a white truck with a man named Cody.
As Wright arrived at the location, he witnessed a white male in a blue shirt walk toward the business.
When the male walked back out, Wright asked him if he was Cody, to which he replied, "Yes."
Wright asked Cody where Ketcham was and Cody looked at the truck.
Wright opened the door of the truck and asked Ketcham to step out, which she did, and she was subsequently arrested.
Grubbs and another male were reportedly sleeping in a field at an abandoned business at 3515 Dell Range Blvd. when Deputies Groendal and Wright walked up to them to identify them and make sure they were okay.
Grubbs had a felony warrant for four counts of burglary that was signed by Circuit Court Judge Sean Chambers on Sept. 21.
Grubbs has yet to make his initial appearance on the charges.
