A South Dakota man was killed and two injured when a minivan and a motorhome collided in the Bighorn Mountains southwest of Buffalo Monday morning.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says 74-year-old Rogers Dubs was headed east on U.S. 16 when he crossed the center line near milepost 61 and collided with an oncoming motorhome.

The Patrol says Dubs' minivan rode under and into the motorhome before spinning off the road.

Dubs was buckled up, but died at the scene.  The driver and the passenger in the motorhome were taken to the hospital in Buffalo and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

It's still unknown at this time what caused Dubs to cross over the center line.
