Wyoming Senate Passes Loan Program Bill [AUDIO]

The Wyoming Senate has approved a bill to establish a loan program that supporters say would let the state move more quickly to recruit large business ventures. A man accused of sexual assault in the Rock River area was arrested in Minnesota on February 22nd.
