Wyoming Cities and Towns Support Gov Mead’s Request for More Local Money [AUDIO]

Wyoming cities and towns are backing Gov. Matt Mead's request to boost state funding to local governments, but they want more flexibility in how to spend the money. A federal jury has awarded $28.2  million to a woman who said she suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning at a Casper apartment.
