8:07AM MDT: Wyoming Entrepreneur.biz is back today and  will be joined by Dan Noble, administrator with the Wy Dept of Revenue, Excise Tax Division.  This is the division that handles sales and use tax for businesses.   One of the "grey" areas for business is often the sales and use tax application process and if a business needs to charge sales tax.  There is the idea among some business owners that only products are taxed but never services.  This is not true, there are a few services, that might be taxed based on the outcome of the service.  Dan will share some key components to help a business determine when sales tax is applicable, and share some examples.  He will also share some of the questions he gets most often and discuss use tax and how that affects local businesses.  Also, Mike Lambert, the manager of our Market Research Center, who you have met, will be joining Dan in the studio as well as the Wyoming Entrepreneur facilitator
