USDA: Farm Payments May Be Curtailed [AUDIO]

In an effort to absorb potential cuts totaling 7.6 percent to the overall budget due to sequestration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is scaling back farm payments. That’s according to Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack. Plans to construct a $1 billion dollar plant in Carbon County to turn coal into gasoline may be delayed. Doug Randall has the details.
