7:37AMMDT::National commentator, Frank Vernuccio, The United States faces a "cyber Pearl Harbor...This is a pre-9/11 moment...the attackers are plotting." -Former DefenseSecretary Leon Panetta. America faces a number of cyberspace threats. The most serious are from those wishing to engage in espionage to steal both military and technological secrets, and from those who wish to turn the nation's own computer systems against it by dismantling defense systems and committing sabotage against key civilian infrastructure. Cyber attacks have escalated by 1,700% since 2009, costing intellectual property theft losses over $400 billion. Frank V. Vernuccio, Jr., J.D. is the editor-in-chief of the New York Analysis of Policy & Government and the co-host of the popular weekly radio show, “And Nothing But The Truth.” He is a regular columnist and contributor for a number of newspapers and other news outlets, and previously was an editor of legislative affairs for a major publishing company. Before moving to writing and broadcasting full time, he served in both Democrat and Republican administrations within New York State.

8:07AM MDT: Dr. Margaret Cochran is back with her monthly visit with Dave. She is a long-time friend of the show and Dr. Cochran is a transpersonal psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, educator and author with more than 30 years of clinical experience. She is most often described by her patients as tough, compassionate and smart. She has a provocative message on her answering machine: " Who are you, what do you want and how and when can you be reached? If you know the answer to these seemingly simple questions, be joyful, because most of us spend our whole lives working on the answers." She takes a prismatic approach to therapy saying “I see things as a whole and acknowledge the intricate value of the parts therein. In our culture, we tend to value the rational and linear ways of exploring and thinking about the world above all else. But our senses need not be limited to just perceiving the three dimensional, corporeal world. Science has shown that everything is made of energy which we receive and interpret at various levels and to varying degrees.”
