The new Apple iPhone 6 is a great piece of equipment, however there are some things that Apple could improve on with this new phone.  I recently was watching someone demonstrate some of the shortcomings on the new iPhone 6. I'm sure there are a lot of people just itching to get their hands on one of these devices.

Today on the Top 5 at 7:45, I'll highlight what I think are the top shortcomings of this new iPhone.

  1. Crashing - The new Apple iPhone 6 seems to be very unstable and crashes quite a bit. I think Apple should look into this.
  2. Downloads - You can't download apps that are over 100 megabits unless you are connected to a local WiFi area, even though you have unlimited data.
  3. Bluetooth Transfers - Transferring data from your phone to a computer is only possible with air drop. Otherwise, it is nearly impossible.
  4. The Speakers - The speakers are located where your hands go to hold it. Now this may not be a big deal, but if your kids are into gaming, then the sound will be hindered by their hands.
  5. Protruding Camera Lens - I know that this is supposed to enhance your photos, but if you keep the phone in your pocket, it may snag on something in there. The iPhone 6 has a smooth back with the exception of the protruding camera lens.
