WY-130 Finally Open
One month and a day after they began, WYDOT crews from Laramie and Saratoga broke through historically deep and heavy snowpack on WYO 130. The alpine roadway between Centennial and Saratoga is now open for the season. WYDOT spokesman Ross Doman says the men worked 60 hour weeks.
