New Jersey's largest newspaper tells the State of Wyoming to butt out of a concealed weapons lawsuit in that state. The rapid up and down temperatures this winter are causing concerns for some of the winter wheat crop.

Contracts totaling $16.6 Million for 11 projects around the state were awarded by the Wyoming Transportation Commission during it's September meeting in Cheyenne. Amy Richards has a report. The winter wheat crop will be higher this year than last year, according to surveys from the National Agricultural Statistics Service. With the Supreme Court expected to issue a ruling within the next couple of weeks on key provisions of the Affordable Care Act, several health insurance providers say they will continue offering certain provisions of the law, regardless of it's legal fate. USDA Meteorologist Brad Rippey says winter whet is progressing well, with just a few exceptions. The Wyoming Wildlife and Natural Resource Trust will meet next week in Riverton to allocate funding for projects. Amy Richards has a report...

The comment period has been extended for two wells proposed in the Big Piney area of the Bridger Teton National Forest.
