The Legislature's Joint Interim Corporations, Elections and Political Subdivisions Committee voted unanimously to go ahead with a bill that would ban stand in nominee directors of corporations approved to do business in Wyoming. Cheyenne businesses say more jobs could come to the city if Union Pacific decides to build rail service that goes to the Swan Ranch Industrial Rail Park. Doug Randall ha
