Casper Man Admits Arson [AUDIO]
State wildlife officials have denied a request by the U.S. Forest Service to move as many as 2000 prairie dogs in northeast Wyoming. Amy Richards reports. A 47 year old Casper man is now admitting he intentionally started an apartment fire. Jefferey Oliver says he started the blaze because his girlfriend wasn't paying enough attention to him.
