Insurance companies are still busy paying farmers for losses in 2011 and those payouts will be a record, that's according to Bill Murphy administrator of the U.S.D.A.'s  Risk Management Agency. The Conservation Fund says an agreement has been reached to permanently protect one of the oldest operating ranches in the Green River Valley in southwest Wyoming. Doug Randall has the details.
