Wyoming has issued 19 citations for an explosion that killed three workers near an oil well last year. Doug Randall reports. Wyoming ranks 21st in overall health this year according to the 2011 America's Health Rankings from The United Health Foundation . Doug Randall reports. More than 150 people participated in the second round of meetings for the Platte Valley Mule Deer Initiative. The meetings were held in Saratoga, Rawlins, Laramie, and Cheyenne.
