Guy Fieri and the Food Network seem to really be loving southeast Wyoming lately! Another restaurant in Laramie is about to be featured on one of Guy Fieri's shows. The last time our region was featured on the Food Network was when Guy Fieri featured Double Dub's on 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives'. This time, Fieri will feature another restaurant from Laramie on his show 'Guy's Grocery Games'.
Mary's Mountain Cookies are one of the most amazing things to experience throughout southeast Wyoming. Especially when they have new items that are added on to their plethora of cookies, brownies, and other items to serve on what seems to be an almost ever-expanding menu. Their latest at their Laramie location seems to have a timely festive theme along with it as well.
Being in southeast Wyoming, we have really lucked out with the fact that Curt Gowdy State Park is right at our fingertips. The esteemed park located almost halfway between Cheyenne and Laramie always receives high praise from its tourists. In fact, recently, it was named as 'Lonely Planet's '5 Stunning State Parks That Rival National Parks'. While that is an awesome accolade from a travel publication, an even more well known publication as put Curt Gowdy State Park on an even more elite list.
Forgive the tongue twister in the title of this article but it's needed for the excitement of the fact that the Double Dub's episodes of 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives' is airing just one week from today on Friday, May 20th. Not only that, but Double Dub's will be hosting watch parties for the episodes in both Cheyenne and Laramie.
