Governor Mead Signs Wolf Bill

Governor Matt Mead signed the Wolf Management Bill into law Wednesday. The measure complies with an agreement the state and federal governments reached last year over how to end endangered species act protections for the animals. Governor Mead says it was team effort to get the bill passed. The stateĀ  wants to allow trophy hunting for wolves in a flexible zone around Yellowstone National Park beginning this fall.

Legislative Panel Recommends Wolf Deal [AUDIO]

The Casper City Council will hold a second hearing next month on a proposed ordinance which would ban the open carry of weapons at city meetings. Karen Snyder reports from Casper.
