The second Annual Wyoming Summit on Community Colleges gets underway today in Casper, sponsored by the Wyoming Association of Community College Trustees. Executive Director Steve Bahmer says one focus of the summit is finding ways to reduce the 50 percent of the state's community college freshman who must take remedial courses.
