Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says the latest in a series of severe spring snowstorms which hit Cheyenne this week has set back work on a variety of city projects.
The mayor says the storm which hit Tuesday night and Wednesday morning halted work on the East and West Pershing Reconstruction projects, The Converse/Pershing/19th street /Roundabout Project, some Board of Public Utilities work and even gardening projects in city parks and similar areas
Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says it looks like the city budget for fiscal year 2014, and for that matter the next few years, will remain tight.
