The Casper Police Department partnered with other local agencies, as well as the DEA, to perform cannabis trafficking stings during the last two days of March.
The release said that the suspect, in addition to the active warrants and the fact that he was driving with a suspended license, was arrested for felony eluding, numerous traffic violations, and possession of a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine.
The affidavit states Lund told investigators that his behavior was in order to help the girl and her family and that he was like a grandfather to the kids.
