Crews are battling a wildland fire on Coal Mountain Road on the west end of Casper Mountain. Natrona County Fire District spokesman Dave Baker said the fire is estimated to be 200 to 300 acres in size

Study Says Nutritious Meals a Challenge For Many [AUDIO]

A recent study from the USDA says many families, including 13 percent of Wyoming households, are having a hard time providing regular nutritious meals. Casper Mountain Fire Update

updated as of 9/10 @ 3:31 p.m.
Two Wyoming Army National Guard UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters, equipped with 600-gallon water buckets, were activated to fight the fires on Casper mountain.The helicopters, 11 personnel and support vehicles left Cheyenne this afternoon for Natrona County, after being called to state active duty by Governor Matt Mead.
