1. The University of Wyoming - The average tuition and fees are right around $4404 per year.
2. The University of Alaska - The average tuition and fees are right around $5885 per year.
3. Brigham Young University - The average tuition and fees are right around $5906 per year. If you are a member of the LDS Church, it may be cheaper.
4. Western New Mexico University - The average tuition and fees are right around $5987 per year.
5. Montana State University - The average tuition and fees are right around $6211 per year.
