Should The City Council Authorize $650,000 A Year To The DDA? [POLL]

The Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority/Main Street is putting it's hand out to the Cheyenne City Council in the tune of $650,000 a year for the next 15 years.   The money comes from TIF's (Tax Increment Financing), millage, special assessments, revenue bonds, and other areas. The requested $650,000 comes from the amount of sales tax money - your money.
