Doug Randall reports that Senator John Barrasso says the Obama Administration is undertaking another power grab with it’s proposed new guidelines on streams, wetlands and other sensitive waterways. Two Wyoming Businesses were among five regional companies honored at the Better Business Bureau’s 13th Annual Torch Awards. Business reporter Sharon Fain has the details.
