U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) says overzealous enforcement of federal environmental regulations by the Environmental Protection Agency, is hurting Wyoming businesses. Doug Randall reports that the Wyoming Department of Education has reached a settlement with a testing company over last years problem riddled PAWS test.
