The Cheyenne Police Department responded to the Unified People’s Federal Credit Union, 414 E. 18th St., at 3:45 p.m. after receiving a report of a bank robbery.

Police say A 30 to 40-year-old Hispanic man entered the credit union, threatened an employee and demanded money. The man left the bank west bound on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Spokesman Officer Dan Long says no weapons were displayed during the robbery.The man was last seen wearing an orange bronco’s hat, gray hoodie, and blue jeans.

Long says If anyone has information about this crime or the whereabouts of the suspect please call the Cheyenne Police Department at 307-637-6525, or call Silent Witness at 638-TIPS, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.

This case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
