Laramie County School District #1 Superintendent Mark Stock says he isn't disappointed or surprised in the lower scores district students received on a statewide test compared to last year.

Stock notes the questions on the PAWS (Proficiency Assessment for Wyoming Students)  test were more difficult this year than last, and student scores around the state generally were lower as well
