Former Cowboys Step Up to Help Renovations to UW’s AA

The renovation of the University of Wyoming’s Arena-Auditorium has received a great deal of support from a special group of individuals over the past several weeks. That special group is made up of former Cowboy basketball players who have offered their financial support through generous donations.

Rural Housing Loan Guarantees Available [audio]

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced Thursday that applications are being accepted from lenders for loan guarantees to finance rural rental housing. First, we'll explore the recent information showing the nation's record low teen birth rate stems from robust declines in nearly every state, including Wyoming, but most dramatically in several Mountain states among Hispanics, What's driving the declines? No one can say for sure but experts believe the explanation is complicated and probably varies from state to state.

WYO 70 Still Impassable but WYO 130 is Open [AUDIO]

WYDOT crews broke through on WYO 130 this morning and the Snowy Range Road is now open for the season. WYO 70 though remains impassable. The Wyoming Highway Patrol will be out in force this holiday weekend. Click past the jump to listen to Wyoming Radio News.
