Mead Releases 2012-13 Budget Proposal [AUDIO]

Wyoming Governor Matt Mead released his 2012–2013 biennial budget on Thursday. The governor says his budget strikes a balance between fiscal restraint and investing in local communities as well as education and highways. Commercial Drivers License holders in Wyoming are now required to have an active US Department of Transportation medical certificate on file with WYDOT. Amy Richards has a report.
