Wyoming Governor Matt Mead is criticizing a federal proposal to reduce the amount of public land in Wyoming available for possible oil shale development. Amy Richards has details. A hydrologist hired by several environmental groups is recommending putting a tracer in fracking fluids in the Pavillion area to find out whether the fluids are getting into the local water supply.
