Kaysen to Announce Plans Wednesday

Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says he will announce his future political plans at an event Wednesday evening at the Plains Hotel in Cheyenne. Kaysen was first elected to the post in 2008, and so far has given no indication as to whether he will run for a second term. No candidates have announced plans to run for mayor so far this year. Kaysen's announcement is scheduled for 5:30 pm Wednesday in the Mezzanine at the Plains.
