It's amazing how much weight you tend to gain and how out of shape you can become by working in an office setting. Here is a tip to help you stay healthy and loosen up.  British experts are now noticing that we have been sitting for far too long. They recommend that office workers stand at least 2 hours per day. They are warning of the  dangers of sitting too much and too long.

These dangers include, but are not limited to: developing Type II Diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer risks. All of these could result in premature deaths.

It's even been discovered that physical activity cannot undo the damage from prolonged sitting, according to Gavin Bradley, director of the campaign group Get Britain Standing.

Companies are being urged to revisit sit down meetings and conferences to standing or walking when conducting them.
