Highway Patrol Urges Teen Driver Safety [AUDIO]

The Wyoming Highway Patrol is joining a nationwide effort to raise teen awareness about the dangers of distracted driving as it observes ”National Teen Driver Safety Week”. The National Park Service is reviewing a proposal by Verizon Wireless to construct a cell phone tower in Yellowstone National Park. Amy Richards has a report.
