Gov. Mead to Ask Legislature for State Employee Pay Raises [AUDIO]

Governor Matt Mead said Wednesday he plans to call on state lawmakers to approve some level of pay raises for state employees when the legislature convenes for the budget session next year.  The Mountain States Circuit Finals Rodeo gets underway this evening in Rock Springs.
