Gov Mead Proposes Pipeline Corridors [AUDIO]

Governor Matt Mead is opening a discussion about a proposed statewide network of carbon dioxide pipeline corridors within Federal land boundaries. Doug Randall reports that the Northern Arapahoe Tribe is pressing its legal claim that tribal members shouldn’t be subjected to taxation by the State of Wyoming or Fremont county on lands around Riverton.
