This seems to be the day and age of recalls. Whether cereal, tires or ignition switches in your call, we have yet another warning that we should all be aware of.

General Mills is recalling 1.8 million boxes of their Honey Nut Cheerios and regular Cheerios due to flour that was accidentally mixed into the cereal.

The reason that this is such a big deal, is because the boxes read "gluten-free" on the outside, but some of the cereal doesn't back up that bill.

The boxes on the Original Cheerios will have the use dates of July 14-17, 2016 with these codes: 14JUL2016 LD, 15JUL2016 LD, 16JUL2016 LD, and 17JUL2016 LD.

Should you have any questions concerning this recall, you are encouraged to call General Mills at 1-800-775-8370.
