The Cheyenne City Council Finance Committee is set to consider guidelines for issuing liquor licenses at it's meeting on Monday morning.

The guidelines will consider such issues as the evaluation of guidelines and the time frame for submitting applications for the licenses to the City Clerk's office. The committee is also salted to consider the regulations of the sales and consumption of liquor at Frontier Park.

Other items on the Finance Committee agenda for Monday include several contracts between the city and various organizations for services. The committee is scheduled to meet at 11 a.m. Monday in Room 122 of the City Municipal Building at 2101 O'Neil Avenue.
