Cheyenne Water And Sewer Projects For Week Of July 7

Work on these water and sewer projects may have an impact on motorists in Cheyenne for the week of July 7, according to Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities spokesman Clint Bassett. He says all of these projects will require some type of traffic control.

Custer Street – Closed to through traffic between Buffalo Avenue and Deer Avenue.
Purpose: Water main replacement.
Expected Dates: 7/7/14 through 8/15/14

Crook Avenue – Closed to through traffic between Chestnut Drive and East 18th Street.
Purpose: Fire hydrant replacement. Expected Dates: 7/7/14 through 7/11/14

Summit Drive – Closed to through traffic between Blue Bluff and Canyon Road. Thomas Road closed to through traffic between Blue Bluff and Canyon Road.
Purpose: Sewer manhole replacement.Expected Dates: 7/7/14 through 7/16/14

Weaver Road – Closed to through traffic between Melton Street and Apache Street.
Purpose: Sewer main replacement.
Expected Dates: 6/23/14 through 7/11/14

West 5th Street – Closed to through traffic between Snyder Avenue and Thomes Avenue.
Purpose: Water main replacement.
Expected Dates: 7/7/14 through 7/18/14

West 20th Street – Lane closures between Snyder Avenue and Dillon Avenue
Purpose: Water line replacement.
Expected Dates: 7/7/14 through 7/11/14
