Casper Moves Toward Smoking Ban [AUDIO]

A man accused of dealing methamphetamine in Campbell County is in custody in Rock Springs after a traffic stop. Doug Randall has the details.  It looks like lighting up in bars and restaurants in Casper may soon be a thing of the past after the Casper City Council moved one step closer to passing a smoking ban.
