Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) says he thinks state officials should be very careful about accepting federal money that comes with conditions attached to it. A $9 million dollar medical malpractice verdict in the case of an oil-field worker with a broken neck is thought to be the largest in Wyoming history. Doug Randall Reports.
