Wyoming Governor Orders Flags Flown At Half-Staff
Wyoming Governor Matt Mead has ordered both the U.S. and Wyoming flags to be flown at half-staff to honor First Lady Barbara Bush.
The governor's order takes effect immediately.
Governor Mead said the issued the order in response to a proclamation by President Trump. Mrs. Bush died Tuesday at the age of 92.
She was one of only two first ladies who was also the mother of a U.S. President. The other was Abigail Adams.
