Western Senator’s Sponsor Bill on Private Water Rights [AUDIO]

Senator's Mike Enzi (R-WY) and John Barrasso (R-WY), along with senators from other western states, introduced a bill Thursday to prevent federal agencies from requiring privately held water rights be turned over to the federal government. Private insurance companies have given notice to Wyoming that hey plan to cancel over 2,600 health insurance policies for residents due to increased regulation and higher minimum standards set by the Affordable Care Act.
