One key Denver Broncos player could be out for the season before the first game of the 2020 NFL season. According to the Coloradoan, linebacker Von Miller was injured Tuesday during practice.

Miller is currently being evaluated for his lower leg injury that could sideline him for the entire season. Sources are stating that the "freak" ankle injury took place at the end of practice.

Von Miller will be consulting with a doctor in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is expected to require surgery on the injury. As for the timeframe on when Von Miller could return to the field, that is still unknown until Miller gets an MRI.
