USDA: Relief Available for Livestock Producers Who Suffered Losses [AUDIO]

An outbreak of spruce beetles continues to accelerate in Colorado forests according to an annual survey conducted by the U.S. Forest Service. Some livestock producers suffering losses from natural disaster will be able to sign up for Farm Bill programs.
