Growing up was a fun time and candy helped out the fun along the way. Do you remember your favorite Halloween candy when you were a kid?  Today on the Top 5 at 7:45, I'll highlight some of our favorite Trick-or-Treat candies that were thrown in the bag as we journeyed along the side walk paths in our neighborhood, begging for candy from the neighbors.

  1. Reese's Pieces - Not only was this E.T.'s fav, but a lot of kids loved these things growing up.
  2. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups - These are best when frozen, in my humble opinion.
  3. Skittles - Who could forget the packages of these found in the pillow case at the end of the night? Always a great treat.
  4. Whoppers - Chocolate on the outside and hallow on the inside. An old school favorite.
  5. Starburst - Packed full of juicy flavor with every bite. For some reason, I always liked the red and pink ones.

What was your favorite Halloween candy as a kid? Tell us about it in the comments section of the post.
