Wyoming Unemployment rate up

Wyoming's Seasonally adjusted Unemployment rate was up slightly in August, when compared to July. Mountain West Conference Commissioner Craig Thompson is looking at ways to bolster the conference, with all the changes going on in College Football. Doug Randall has that story.
