Senate Kills Welfare Drug Testing Bill [AUDIO]
The Wyoming Senate killed a bill that would have required drug testing for participants in the state's Welfare program. Doug Randall reports.  A Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper stationed in Laramie was injured in when his vehicle rolled early Saturday morning on I-80.
