Hot, dry weather took a toll on Wyoming's 2012 hay crop.

Wyoming hay production was down about 5 percent in 2011 according to State agriculture officials. Doug Randall reports. Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says he expects to announce by mid-March whether he will be running for another term. Click past the jump to listen to Wyoming Radio News.
