U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY)  said despite the U.S. Supreme Court ruling declaring the individual mandate int he Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act constitutional, the bill is unworkable and needs to be repealed.  The Wyoming Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails has instituted a ban on all open fires at sites located on state lands.
