It is only fitting that the Wyoming Brewers Festival is taking place this weekend in Cheyenne as Governor Mark Gordon gave the proclamation of June 13th thru June 20th to be 'Wyoming Craft Beer Week'.

If my math is correct, we're looking at 28 Breweries to give us a taste of what they're doing in their respective brewhouses.

I know I wasn't alone. Selfishly, I wanted it so I could enjoy some great brews around the area, but what really hurt was the Depot Museum, which is a beneficiary of the Wyoming Brewers Festival.

In an announcement Monday the Festival's organizers said they because of the evolving COVID-19 situation the event will not take place in June as it has in the past.
